Sun Running

So my friend has a spot available. Free of charge for me to participate in the outdoor 10Km run through Vancouver. However, I probably will walk and run. I stopped training outdoors in February due to travel and the fact that my body doesn't like running in the cold. Like I can't breath and feel like I"m going to die. Hopefully that won't happen on Sunday morning.
